October, Thank you.
Today is the first full month of Autumn. For me it's my last month here in San Diego. I've been accepted into a private ballet school in New York. I just received my letter this morning! I'm so happy I'm crying now as I type this. All my hard work and patience as finally paid off! But before I move, I need to find a job, hopefully in dancing. But anything will do.
I cannot believe that I will be living in New York!!!!!! I've been there on occasion but to live there, being able to go to Broadway shows whenever I want, the best ballet performance just steps away from my place.
THE FOOD! I love New York food! I once had a pizza from there and could never find anything to top it in Boston or San Diego!
Worst part about all this? moving. I hate moving but will move 1000 times over if it means getting one step closer to my goals.
This also means I need to shop for Fall/Winter clothes. And I can start wearing my scarf collection!
The school will pay for all of my classes, I'll be responsible for food & supplies. I'll be in school Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. I'll have weekends and holidays off. If I'm late to school I don't go to class. According to the letter they're pretty strict. I love it already!
Now first thing first, got to find a place to live.

Back home in Boston!
If you remember my entry about how stressful I was feeling because I have many ballet recital coming. I though it would be best to take a two week vacation with my family, being around love ones always fills my heart.
Well being around them has relived most if not all of my stress. I'm ready for next week, I'm ready to dance!
Sunday night is going to be spent indoors. First is the start of Season three of Downton Abbey (in the UK but I'll catch it somewhere online ^_^ ) and on PBS is the second episode of Broadway or Bust.
And I'm still on my beauty ban. It's kinda harder than I though. Because of course NOW that I'm on a beauty products ban EVERY & ALL stores wants to have deep discounts on my favorite items. But it's cool, in ballet we're taught discipline and how to focus. I try to use them in everyday life too. I save a lot of money by not running out to buy the newest creams & lotions.
I wanted to share the newest video from the best songstress on Youtube: KateTheGreat19
She has a angelic voice, and what makes her so awesome is she's a lover of video games, anime, and music. Most of her covers are from some form of anime or video game.
And when she sings; the vocals, instruments, and melodies are all from her.
This song in the video below, is in a well loved anime film, can you guess where it's from?

My First Car
I finally picked up my 2008 Infiniti G35XS four door car. I NEED a car with the way the Metro runs in my area. Now I can make to my dance classes and recitals AND my auditions with out problem.
I got the car this afternoon, with Sara Crewe tagging along with me. Yes this is a used car, as I'm in no way able to afford a brand new one. I've had the car taken to 3 mechanics, made sure I educated myself before I started looking in the used car market & handed over any cash, and asked for a reasonable warranty contract too. Don't worry folks, everything's all good :)!

Winter Gift
Heyyyyyyyy guys! How was everyone's Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday? Mine was crazy as hell! But nothing like the woman at Wal-Mart who pepper sprayed people who she thought was cutting in line. If I was one of the people she sprayed I would sue. Anyways, I tried to hit all the stores with the biggest sales I could find. Got 80% of my Christmas shopping done, doing the rest of it next week from my laptop with a hot cup of cocoa. It's crazy and too cold out there!
To be honest, I actually like Boston's cold weather. I love being able to wear my Winter clothes and cute snow boots. San Diego doesn't have it like that unfortunately. But I promise my Dad I will spend the holidays into the New Year with him & my family in Boston every year. So I get to enjoy the cold weather after all!
I canceled my Ballet classes till next year for a fresh start and to focus on work for now. But that doesn't mean I stop dancing, gosh no! I still do my daily warm-ups and practice when I take Sara Crewe to the park to play. I still have my lesson books that I do everyday. Not to mention, I jog and take walks in the morning to stay in "ballerina shape". But maybe I should take kick boxing too.....
Things are good here. Planning on taking my Dad on a trip to Hong Kong since his birthday is coming up in January. I was reading an Asia magazine and it was talking about the small luxury hotel, ""The Upper House". I thought it would be perfect considering how my Father loves China and wanted to go back but never did after my mother passed..... So I really want to do this for my Dad, he really deserves it more than anyone. Which is the reason why I canceled all my ballet classes and am focusing on work.
Well, I'm going to have to keep this short n' sweet. I have ballet to practice and work to do. Till next time...
P.S I have a very short Beauty book review coming up. Sorry for the delay, been busy!

Thanksgiving 2011
I know I always have so much to be grateful for. Thanksgiving is that one day that we all stop and think what they are. I'm thankful for having been given life, having a roof over my head, food in my tummy, true friends, a beautiful family, a good paying job, an education, and goals & dreams of my own to follow.

This was the best Thanksgiving yet! I traveled from San Diego, where I now live back to my hometown Boston, Massachusetts. On turkey day, I woke up fixing breakfast and watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Got dress and took Sara Crewe out for a walk. Came back and helped my family fix our thanksgiving dinner. We laughed, talked about old memories, made fun of each others, etc...
All the food was ready in the kitchen, waiting to be served. I couldn't help myself, I had to sneak tiny samples from the kitchen every time I got up. lol

On the Move
Okay last time I talked about deciding on moving out of Massachusetts to California. After talking with my Dad for hours and doing a lot of research I finally came to a conclusion, I'm moving to San Diego, CA! My Dad practically begged me not to move to San Franciso becuase of earthquakes and buildings may fall on me (my Dad has some wild imaginations when it come to the safety of his daughter). I am still going to keep studying ballet at an dance school but I've decided to up my ante and learn all kinds of dances. Hip-hop, Irish, Celtic, Ballet, Classical, etc...you get the point. I love dance so I thought it be best to learn as many as I can because I'll feel like I'm missing out on something awesome. But don't worry ballet will always be top priority!I am currently looking for an apartment. Nothing fancy sense I'm poor (hahaha) but something Sara Crewe (my dog) and I can living in. I would like a two bedroom apartment that is as close to either the school I'll attended or metro to get to the school I'll attended lol. That's another thing, I am looking for the best dance school in the area.
I plan on being all moved out by the Winter time. And I'm not going to be alone in San Diego because I have lots of family over there :P. As I may have said before, "I love my Boston, but I love life more" and I want to live it to the fullest. Dad has always taught me about being independant & making my own path and now it's time to "leave the nest" and put all he has taught me to work.
I love my Dad and want to make him proud. I will NOT fail ;)

Summer Plans
1. Summer Reads: I try to finsh two books during the summer, between ballet, friends, family and social sites I don't read as nearly as I want. Last year I had two books; "Memoirs of a Geshia" and "The Lovely Bones". I never finshed The lovely Bones so I'm going add that to my reads for this summer. So this year I'm reading "Jane Eyer" and "The lovely Bones".
2. Beach: Going to hit a few (not just one that's not fair) Massachusetts's beaches. My friends and I pretty much live at the beaches this time of year. But this year I'm going to learn how to surf.
3. Shopping: Girl+sales+cute clothes= shopping. Need I say more?
5. Gaming: Since I study ballet I don't game that much. Ballet simply don't give me time for playing video games during the school year but now that summer break has begun (for me at least) I can work on my backlog. I want to finsh at least five games this summer.
6. Ballet: Ballet is a part of me I do not wish to fade. I practice everyday no matter how hot or cold it is outside. If I stop even just for a few weeks then I get rusty. I will keeping studying this passion of my during my Summer vaction.
7. Blogging: Now I have time to blog more. You bet I will blog about evry hot spot I've vist or been to over the break. Lots of picture lots of enties that's what I promise.
That's my list so far but I'm postive that I'll be adding more and more as days goes by....

Madam Butterfly Ballet

---------------------------------------------------------------Today was very inspiring.
---I woke up mega early, like 4:00 am. I couldn't fall asleep so I decide to pamper myself for a few hours. So while I was running a hot bath, did my daily skin care regimen, brush teeth, and apply a hydrationg mask till I finshed my very long bath. Then, while putting my outfit together for the day I wore a very blue clay mask. I ate breakfast, watched "Tom & Jerry" awake and ready for the day.
---So today we had to go to an ballet recital at a high school. Their performqnce was "Madam Butterfly"a lovely story told by opera but this time in ballet form. I watched with such amazement. You could easily tell that the class had practice for months and months. It was such beautiful dancing. Afterwards, we were able to introduce ourselves and make some new friends. I made friends with this one guy, Mark. He gave me some good tips about my posture in ballet. Then we somehow got from ballet to food, lol.
Our teacher then said "the city is yours til 9:30 pm". I was like "9:30 pm? we're not 12 years old'. But if we didn't follow, this would be out last trip to anywhere. So my friends and I went to some restaurants and did some hardcore shopping. Till it was time to go back to the hotel room.
---If you havn't seen or read the story of "Madam Butterfly" I suggest you watch the film adaptation called "M.Butterfly". The sweetest part is you don't even need to buy it! Someone uploaded the whole movie on YouTube. It's a must see.
